Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 14, 2026. Welcome. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how 2681295 Ontario Inc., operating as Atlas Fabric (“Atlas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise handles personal information in connection with this marketing website and related workflows such as contact requests, optional analytics where permitted, and routine communications (collectively, the “Site”). This Policy addresses the Site only; other Atlas offerings may be governed by separate terms you receive for those relationships.
Other notices and terms
We may provide additional privacy-related information through in-product notices (for example, cookie or consent prompts). Those notices supplement this Policy where they apply. Our general terms for use of the Site are available in the Terms of Use.
Third-party websites
The Site may link to websites, tools, or materials offered by others. Those destinations are not operated by Atlas, and we are not responsible for their content, security practices, or privacy choices. They have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review before you use them or share information.
How to read this Policy
Where we use the words “include”, “includes”, or “including”, they mean “including without limitation” and identify examples rather than a complete list.
What personal information do we collect and how do we use it?
Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect the categories below for the purposes described. We limit collection to what is reasonable for those purposes.
| What we may collect | Why we collect it |
|---|---|
| Contact and organization details you choose to provide (such as name, email, employer or role, and the content of your message). | To respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, deliver requested information, and maintain related correspondence. |
| Technical and usage data (such as pages viewed, timestamps, device or browser details, and engagement events; limited network identifiers may be processed by infrastructure providers). | To operate, secure, and improve the Site; measure aggregate engagement; and support reliability and abuse prevention. |
| Attribution parameters (for example UTM tags, referral information, or campaign identifiers) when optional analytics is enabled based on your consent choices. | To understand campaign effectiveness and aggregate marketing performance where permitted. |
| Operational and security logs needed to run the Site and protect services. | To maintain service continuity, investigate technical issues, and support security monitoring consistent with applicable law. |
Please do not submit patient charts, personal health information, classified information, or other controlled defence information through general Site forms unless Atlas has provided a dedicated secure channel for that purpose.
How do we collect your personal information?
| Source | How |
|---|---|
| You | When you submit forms on the Site, adjust cookie or analytics consent where available, or communicate with us directly. |
| Service providers and automated processes | Through hosting, content delivery, analytics tools (when consented), logging, security controls, and similar processing that occurs when you browse or use the Site. |
To whom do we disclose personal information?
We do not sell your personal information. We may share personal information with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, communications, scheduling, analytics (where permitted by consent), and operational delivery, under contractual confidentiality and security expectations appropriate to the information involved.
We may disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, including in response to lawful requests by public authorities, to investigate misuse of the Site, to protect the rights and safety of Atlas and others, and in connection with corporate transactions (such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to applicable law.
Where permitted, we may use or share de-identified or aggregate information that does not identify you.
If you engage Atlas from a public body, regulated institution, or defence organization, additional statutory and policy obligations may apply to records, disclosures, and retention. We address those obligations through project-specific contractual terms and secure channels rather than through general Site forms.
Where do we store personal information?
Personal information may be stored or processed in Canada and may be transferred to, or accessed from, other provinces, territories, or countries where we or our service providers operate. Information processed outside your home jurisdiction may be subject to lawful access by courts, law enforcement, or regulators under local law.
If you access the Site from outside Canada, you understand that your information may be transferred to Canada and other jurisdictions. We apply safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information, including contractual measures where appropriate.
How long do we retain personal information?
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, for operational continuity, and to satisfy legal or regulatory requirements. When information is no longer required, we securely delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices.
How do we secure personal information?
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and loss, including controls we consider appropriate for a public marketing website. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, and we continuously review our practices as the Site evolves.
How do I access or correct my personal information?
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccuracies, and ask questions about how we handle your information. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You may contact us using the details in Contact and privacy office below, or via the Site contact form at /contact.
If you wish to escalate a concern to a regulator, see How do I make a complaint? for contact information for the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and other notes on complaints.
How do I opt out or withdraw consent?
Where processing is based on consent (for example, optional analytics), you may withdraw consent by updating your preferences using the cookie or consent controls available on the Site, where provided. Withdrawing consent may affect certain features that rely on optional tools.
If you receive marketing email from us, you may use the unsubscribe mechanism included in those messages where available.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Where appropriate, we may also provide additional notice (for example, through a notice on the Site or by email if we have your contact information and the change is material).
