What an expression of interest is
An expression of interest tells 2681295 Ontario Inc. that you want a reply about Partage Defence Network. Atlas Fabric initiated this proposed open Canadian interoperability initiative. Sending the form is voluntary. It is not membership, a commitment, a partnership, or a vote.
Partage is not a government program. This notice does not claim NATO endorsement, NATO compliance, or an independent governing body. No outside organization has confirmed participation.
What is collected
The form asks for your name, email address, at least one interest topic, and consent to a reply. Organization is optional. Role is optional only with an organization.
The form does not ask for a free-text message, expertise, country, or a mailing-list subscription. It does not ask for a government identifier, a security clearance, or defence information.
Why it is collected
The purpose is to receive the expression of interest and, if you consent, to reply about that inquiry. Optional updates and marketing are not part of this form.
Consent
The checkbox is not preselected. The sentence is: I agree that 2681295 Ontario Inc. may contact me about this expression of interest. That consent covers a reply about this inquiry. It does not cover updates or marketing.
You can ask to withdraw that consent. Withdrawal stops further replies. It does not by itself delete the record.
Sharing
Your contact information is not shared with other interested organizations by default. Naming an organization does not make that organization a participant and does not give it your information.
Hosting
The public pages are hosted by Vercel. A bot check may use Cloudflare. The website server sends the submission through Cloudflare Access to Partage Core. Replies and privacy mail are handled by people in Google Workspace. Those providers may process information outside Canada.
Partage records are stored as SQLite on encrypted Amazon EBS in Canada (ca-central-1), with private S3 backup copies. They are not stored in Supabase or in the Atlas commercial customer system.
Retention
Unanswered inquiries are reviewed for deletion 90 days after they are received. Completed correspondence is reviewed 24 months after the last message. Privacy-request files are reviewed 24 months after they are closed. These are review points, not a promise to keep information for the whole period, and not a statutory minimum.
Nothing is deleted automatically. Proposed maximums for audit records and backup copies are not enforced. Deleting a live record does not erase a backup. Immediate deletion is not promised. A person reviews a deletion request.
Withdrawal and contact
Write to privacy@atlasfabric.ca to ask for access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion. 2681295 Ontario Inc., 104 Crockford Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Bien Pham is the interim privacy officer accountable for that mailbox.
Participation mail uses partage@atlasfabric.ca and is not the privacy office. Do not send clearance details or defence information.
